underwhelming stay. could be better
street noise scratched furniture
the location was acceptable and made getting around the city fairly easy.
I was annoyed by the lack of soundproofing in my room. i could hear street noise all night, it was hard to sleep. also, the furniture looked old with noticeable scratches. A refresh would really improve the rooms.

the location worked great. i got easy access to shopping areas. my room, a superior double room, had enough space. the terrace bar was great, with very nice food and entertainment.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed the terrace bar. It provided excellent entertainment. I also appreciated the beautiful lounge downstairs. It had snacks, drinks, and a great pianist.
I did notice some wear and tear on the furniture in my room. It could use some updating.

inadequate insulation malfunctioning safe
The room i booked, a 'beautiful double or twin room', had an issue that significantly impacted my stay. The noise insulation was inadequate. sounds from the nearby street were pervasive, particularly during the late evening and early morning. this disturbance affected my ability to rest properly. the in-room safe malfunctioned, requiring staff intervention and causing unnecessary delays.

The service was good from the doormen. the room was spacious and the bed felt comfortable. i enjoyed the rooftop pool. It had views of the city, and i had evening drinks. breakfast provided plenty choice. i found the staff very helpful.

mixed Feelings About This stay, i Guess
interior facing room outdated furniture
The location was acceptable, putting me close to various attractions.
My room faced an interior area so sunlight barely entered it. The outdated furniture looked dingy AND i found multiple scratches on the desk. The temperature control was finicky. I struggled to maintain a comfortable setting. IT was a very underwhelming experience.
